2. Overview
This website presents our brand, our collections and the shops that carry Antargo. It has no online shop of its own, no customer accounts, no contact form and no newsletter. We use no cookies, no analytics or tracking tools and no advertising pixels, and we store no information on your device.
3. Hosting and server log files
The website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. When you open a page, the host automatically processes data that your browser transmits:
- IP address
- date and time of access
- requested page or file and amount of data transferred
- referrer URL (the page visited before)
- browser type, operating system and language setting
This processing is necessary to deliver the website, keep it secure and stable, and defend against attacks. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is a secure and working website. The host deletes log data after a short period and does not combine it with other data.
We have a data processing agreement with Vercel under Art. 28 GDPR. Processing in the USA is possible. Vercel is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; transfers rely on the European Commission's adequacy decision (Art. 45 GDPR).
4. Fonts and images
Fonts, campaign images and product photos are served exclusively from our own server. Loading our pages transmits no data to Google or other third parties.
5. Store finder and location feature
In the store finder you can search by town or postcode. The search runs entirely in your browser; what you type is not sent to us.
If you tap "Use my location", your browser asks for permission to use your location. Only with that permission is your location used, and only inside your browser to sort the shops by distance. It is not sent to us or to third parties and is not stored. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time in your browser settings.
6. Links to Zalando, About You and Google Maps
Our products link to Zalando (Zalando SE, Valeska-Gert-Straße 5, 10243 Berlin, Germany) and About You (ABOUT YOU SE & Co. KG, Domstraße 10, 20095 Hamburg, Germany). The "Route" link in the store finder opens Google Maps (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland).
Simply viewing our pages sends no data to these providers. Only when you click a link do you leave our website; from then on the provider processes your data under its own responsibility and privacy policy.
7. Contact by email
If you email us, we process your details to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to a contract, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We delete the data once it is no longer needed for your enquiry and no statutory retention period applies.
8. Your rights
You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

- erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
- restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
- data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is the Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit Nordrhein-Westfalen, Kavalleriestraße 2-4, 40213 Düsseldorf, Germany.
9. No automated decision-making
We do not use automated decision-making, including profiling, within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR.
10. Changes
We update this privacy policy when the website or legal requirements change. The version published here applies.
